It's in the "Note on 'Elemental' Mods".
"Spirits consider E.Modded weapons an insult and refuse to inhabit or imbue them."

Most of the styles were designed to be either, very powerful in some situations, or overall pretty good. Dragon Slayer is extremely powerful only in situation were a party would be fighting a kind of big boss monster, and that's when it shines very well, even a leviathan hide perk owning dragon will be weeping in close combat with a well built Master of the Dragon slaying style, for good reason. Not to mention, while lowering AP for melee weapon attacks [still min of 10ap to attack] is very small, but with a high speed weapon, like the cosmic knife, or the katana, will still gain an extra attack or two at the end of the round. It is worth mentioning that the bonuses carry over into attacking vehicles as well, giving a very real chance of a auto ax swing team of zebra commando's dropping onto a Raptor and starting to dissemble it in mid air.

So, a potential exploit in regards to Pegasus magic. When a pegasus runs out of trick points, they can still perform pegasus tricks, but they instead take a varying amount of stun damage (10+1d10 per trick point) if they have run out (or have to few). The exploit is quite simple: After performing the trick, they take a healing potion. They only heal half the stun damage, but after an hour, the stun damage vanishes anyway.
To put it in a friend's words: 'Its like Pegasi have potions of trick points'!

Minor addition: Added clarification of how shamanism effects and poison are applied/resisted when using burst fire or auto fire.
A note has been added to the Friendship spells to make sure that the friendship must be reciprocal and the effects end if the friendships are broken.

Flash needs an addiction rate do stop ponies from pounding down multiple doses in a combat.
20% is what i would say since it doubles your AP. questions? comments?
Ask me about shamanism, i can FAQ it for you.

I would say 10%. Flash is powerful, but Dash is the only addictive substance and it is diluted. Combine with the expense, 10% feels right.
Balefire Benders should also get an addiction rate (because of the inclusions of Mintals). I would say a 5% addiction rate.

Flash is basically Turbo, right? And Turbo has a 20% addiction chance.
