Hey everypony! I've deemed it wise, because the system we're using is constantly evolving, to start including a changelog every time I mess with something! Generally, it will just be additions to the Perks or whatever, or minor tweaks to the character sheet.

On top of that, I'd like to have all your character sheets in one place where I can peek at them, so post 'em here.

• Changelog (From 4/26 - 9/4):

[*] The Unemployed Career Trait now gives a -5 to any one of your Tag Skills, and you begin play with 50 less caps. If you have less than 50 caps, you lose them all, and the rest will be deducted from your next mission budget.
[*] There is now a separate table for your Security Clearance on the "Resume" page of the CS-1 Application Form. It also explains how the "Security Clearance Queue" system works. Be sure to add it.
[*] The "Karma" slot has been returned to its original location.
[*]Added Promotions! These are complimentary perks that you can take in addition to the ones you would normally get at the appropriate levels. Woo!
[*] "Eldritch Enthusiast" now gives its bonus for INT/2 hours, instead of INT/4 hours.
[*] "Safe SCP Authorization"'s prerequisites have been changed to either the Researcher (Safe) or Quarantine Officer Promotions.
[*] "Sequere Nos" now reads: "You gain a +1 bonus to your initiative roll. A single member of your party who roll a lower Initiative than you may act on your initiative instead."
[*] The "Weapon Proficiency" series of perks have been updated with: "The second rank of this perk can only be taken after level 12."
[*] Updated the localization files.
