Yeah, glad I hadn't baked it now. Had a good try at making some before being dragged out kicking and screaming. So I will post what I've got for the new legs so far tomorrow!

Bah... I really shouldn't look at other people work for ideas. Just makes me think how...bad my figure's look

Don't do that. Your work is great! I could never hope to make stuff like that. And if you're going to compare your work with other peoples work and you feel like their work is better, try to analize it, find out what makes it good. Poses, proportions, colours, materials. Try to find what makes it work and learn from it. Then the next time you make something, use what you have learned for your own art. I'm not saying you should copy them, I'm saying you should try to understand the ideas behind them and apply those ideas.
There is nothing wrong with using other peoples work as inspiration in order to improve,
Also, experiment, if you think something is wrong with your creation or if you think you could have done a better job: start again, it might take longer, but you will improve yourself and it will help you for the rest of your life.
And finally, keep making new stuff, I would love to see more art from you!

oh and tl;dr
when you look at something and think it is better then what you could do you can either give up and give in to self pity or you can try to become better yourself by learning from it.

Yeah, your wright Pinkie. I was never going to give up on this, I just get a bit down every now and again (Had a bad day at work) and beat myself up over every little thing . But your little speech has perked my back up and I'm doing a bit more on the figure.
The way I see it I've only been doing these for about 3 month's, the people I've been (foolishly) comparing myself to have been doing it for years. So I've got a lot to learn and I'm damn well going to learn it! I just hope you all are there to help me when I stumble a bit, point and laugh when I do silly things, like put legs on backwards and let me know how things are going. /Hugs

seems to me you have pretty much the same pose, but maybe you could turn the backlegs outwards a bit more so you could have more room to move the front legs a bit to the back. that way you might be able to bend her back a bit.

They are some good pic reference's Pinkie, thanks again, have a cookie!
But having had a long look at it, I don't like the face she has no butt. So going for a slightly more upright pose, like you've suggested Pinkie and making it slightly bigger, making it a bit easier to work with. So some picture will hopefully be up in a couple of hours.

Okay, here we are with the final revision of the body. I'm actually rather happy with the way this has turned out. May make the tail bigger, but so far this has been the best body I've done. Yey I'm learning (Be better!) from all this stuff I'm making! Woo
