Re: A bit about you!
I have not played Vegas yet. Only bought it yesterday!
Re wasteland, be warned that there are only 3 toasters in Wasteland, but by walking loaded characters from an old set of maps to a new set, you get access to the fourth. Also great for getting proton axes for all of your party.

Re: A bit about you!
hello, my name is Tim.
i live in the Netherlands and I am 18 years old.
i also like computer games, i used to play shooters mostly but recently i have been playing a lot of minecraft.
i used to collect warhammer fantasy and 40k, i never really played battles as i just liked to paint them.
the thing that got me hooked on my little pony is this site http://bronies.memebase.com/
i had read somewhere that if you watched 10 episodes of the show, you would become a brony, it only took one for me
furthermore i have started the Aerospace engineering study at the Technical University Delft this year, which explains why my interests are sci-fi, airplanes and spaceships.

Howdy!
Names Artemiev... Or Argus... Or Stholm... Or whatever, just go with "Arty". I'm a 21 male, from Hungary. Have been a scifi/fantasy junkie for... well... pretty much almost my whole life. Been a big gamer a few years back, not so much right now, but still doodling with Fallout: New Vegas. I love to read scifi/fantasy novels and such, but anime/manga (apart from a very select few of exceptions) are not my thing. My other passion is history, my country's and the many different viking nation's history to be specific. I'm a re-enacter, or tradition keeper, if you prefer, for about 3-4 years now ("15th century mercenaries in the Hungarian Kingdom" theme, and also a bit of viking brawling sometimes). Done some 3D modeling, writing, drawing (s*cked at it, so I stopped), a bit of this and a bit of that that involves scifi. I'm a huge tech junkie and I can fluff about scifi stuff for hours non-stop, so bear with me =P.
Honestly I wasn't a fan of MLP till 3rd gen... Why whould I have been? But the latest show is quite enjoyable even for me =P.

Re: A bit about you!
Oooh, "introduction thread"-ish thingy! =D
Lets see... My name is Kenneth, I'm 19 years old, and I'm norwegian. Vikings ftw! xD
Currently studying physics at the University of Bergen, which is awesome xD
Might be unneccesary to mention given that I study physics, but I'm quite the geek xD Usually I'm too lazy to do anything but roam the net though. I'm very very fond of reading too, being the quickest reader I know of. I have touched onto a lot of "mainstream" games though, but usually avoid the 1st person shooters like Modern Warfare and the likes. I simply find them boring, vastly preffering RPG's.
In addition to that, I have been training jujitsu for almost a year now, which I find seriously awesome. Currently a yellow belt, which is the step above white. (The ladder is white -> yellow -> orange -> green -> blue -> brown -> black (from 1st Dan to 10th Dan)). Mostly just doing it for fun and to get in shape, but also because it's really freakin' cool to be able to legitimatly claim knowledge of a martial art.
On a sidenote; there is surprisingly many people in my class that know some form of martial arts. I am starting to suspect it's actually quite widespread among geeks; maybe geeks (who (as I have experienced) often doesn't like traditional sports like football and such) tend to gravitate towards more "exotic" sports? I almost wish I studied some form of social science so that I could check that out. xD
....
And, as you may have noticed on that rant, I'm very easily distracted. Yay! xD
Well, except when I'm reading a good story. Then I'm glued to the screen and you need a super-sledge to knock me loose.
There is probably shitloads more to tell about me, but I'm tired and can't be assed to remember it all, and you probably don't care anyway, sooo... Yeah. xD

Re: A bit about you!
A start good, on the RPG front. You will see where Kkat get's a lot of her idea's from in that game.
When life gives you lemons, it is because there is a horrifying monster in the next chamber with 400,000,000 HP, whose only weakness is lemons.

My names Peter, 21 years of age, current residence New Zealand.
Been watching since this year after getting curious as to why my friend were going on about a show for little girls. About 4 episodes in I was hooked.
I work for a dental supplier doing the highly glamorous job of picking Colgate and other associated dental products and shipping them to dentist across the country.

Re: A bit about you!
Name's Pier Paolo, italian, 33 years old and I try live with archeology (nope, doesn't work)
My hobbies are mostly roleplaying and boardgames, I'm a big fan of twilight imperium and axis and allies, but even some lost causes like fortress america finds their way to the table, sometimes... on the RP side, well... anything, from vampire to D&D to star wars and chtulu, GURPS... mutants and masterminds, RIFTS, some other palladium game... don't remember, oh yeah, cyberpunk.
Lately I can't RP very much, so I tried to write a bit, still I'm not EFL, so there's more enthusiasm than actual skill in my works.
Fallout was love at first sight, with that "Our guys are keeping peace in the recently annected Canada" and maybe playing in the background, my heart melted. Never played Wastelands, because before falout I was more a master of magic player, dune 2, those kind of games... and later i had the game but somehow I never decided to try it. (good old home of the underdogs, i wonder if it still exhist)

Re: A bit about you!
Oh, obligitory introductions. I was never good at being "the new guy". Here goes.
Name? Um. I'll just say what 90% of the people online call me by. Colm. (For trivia's sake, yes, it's from Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones. He was the best character ever.)
What do I do? Well, as of late, nothing, but normally I play hat/team fortress 2, Left 4 dead 2, Magicka, and lately Fallout 3/NV. I played some Fallout 1, before 3 and NV, mostly to get accustomed to the lore and such that sparked Fo:E. Downhill road from there, and one slippery slope later I've started poking myself into writing a spinoff of Kkat's 400K+ word novel.
Then a trip to EqD got me linked here after asking some questions, which puts me right here.
So. Hi?
(Now if you'll excuse me, it's ungodly late down here. I should be more patient with things sometimes.)

Planetside 2? Maybe.
