I have a vague urge to punch your face for actually making Rainy Days dead-dead (as opposed to the preferable ghoul-dead), but I guess I can't have the happy endings all the time.
But even then, fuck you for making Puppy so sad.

Whoa! This is FALLOUT. Since when was anything ever HAPPY?

Also, it's a bad idea to target a writer with that sort of comment. A comment like that could make them quit the story all together. Show them some consideration please!

The Jack, that was bad, this is someones work that they have spent countless hours on, it's there right to choose what happens and if that makes you upset then you either need to keep it to your self or release it in a way that is not a direct attack on another person.

Just read that over better once I got home and I have to say it was very inappropriate. Please refrain from insulting or threatening anyone here. Mime has created a story that many of us love, just because it's not ending like you want it to is no excuse for that behavior.

Folks, while I do admit it was bad form, I don't think Jack was trying to be malicious. Tone is hard to tell on the internet and genuine aggression just doesn't seem like him, so I am giving him the benefit of the doubt.

My point here is that it just may have been a case of poor planing and word choice so we should lay off him until he can actually respond and clarify.

I'm sorry that the ending becomes more baws and a lot less d'aww, but this is a story about a kid learning the meaning of death and aboult kids accepting the loss of loved ones, like parents or friends. I'm sorry that it is sad, but it was what the story was about all the time.

Don't worry, Jack, Puppy is totally going to meet her mother... (insert evil laugh here)

And last thing, really, no offense taken, Jack's reaction seemed more the fan rage than an actual hate rage, so unless he doesn't confirm that he wants to fight with me in the iron cage because he wantsa new set of teeth earrings, I guess we're still friends?

I'd just chop it down to the story being great. Not often you evoke such responses, but when you do its just a credit to the author.

I think I actually prefer it that Puppy's mother is dead, it would be way too predictable if her mother was a ghoul and they would go walking off into the sunset to play happy families. But that's just me..

On the whole issue of Jacks comments, I don't think he meant anything by it. We've all had the moment when we wan't to express mock rage over something but posting it on the internet is very hard todo and not come off as just nerd raging.

Oh Minezinga, after that ending you best get the next chapter out quick. I need to know what's happened to everyone favorite little foal.
