Well, I was mainly going by that griffins have claws and a beak, it'd be kinda hard for them to naturally have and "sawing" motions. As they'd have "peck", "pounce" and "scratch" as attacks technically. And most armour doesn't seem to cover the neck from what I've read,so that'd likely be the part they'd aim for.

And in a open area, what would be better, a ballistics shield or the riot shields? And who'd be able to manoeuvre it better? Something with arms, or something with the shield strapped to their side/rolling it in front of them/levitating it?
Also, who says you couldn't carry heavier stuff then a riot shield? It was just an example.

And that was the thing I got told the first thing I started: Try to make the rule raping as hard as possible. And it's been hard so far xP

Alternatively, you could include a telekinesis pipbuck attachment, similar to the stealthbuck, so that other races wouldn't necessarily be at such a disadvantage if they wanted to invest in such a thing.

That is still equipment. And to get equipment that made up for the "good" racial of a race, it would be really costly.
You can never really compare equipment to racial powers, since then ex: fire breathing wouldn't be a good dragonborn racial, since you can always just buy a signet of burning hands etc.
But a basic TK device should be plausible to have. Just far from as good as a unicorns capability.

I know, and that is a good example of one. I actually pondered on using it.
Since it can do very basic rank 1 TK (~25-50 ibs) but she can't use it to grab things from afar, lift multiple objects, or even something moderately heavy.
I do not suffer from insanity... I quite enjoy it....

Quick question: I think I remember reading something about this on the Equestria Daily comments, but searching through those is a real challenge and I'm hoping someone has the answer handy.

Is there a list of Fallout Equestria drugs? I remember hearing about Dash and Mentals, but I vaguely recall someone had made a ponified list of other Fallout chems.

Just wanted to apologize with a quick update: Sorry for not working on the module, I've just found it very hard to find the motivation, energy or ideas required. Irl has been taking a toll on me lately. But hopefully I will have something new done by the end of the month... feh, "beta by heart's warming" my flank ^^'
