Just the other week, I watch a man shoot 4 targets, 5 meters away, gun in holster, 2 shots on each target, in 2.97 seconds.
How is this even helping your argument? A person can cover a 5 meter distance in a second or less. Your man would be dead.
I'm talking about your 1.5 seconds to pull a pistol out of a holster. You would have to be the slowest person in the world to do that, and if you really want to... All that stuff you brought up about point-shooting, as in all that "un-aimed" stuff. I disregarded all of it because you need fingers to do that. Do you even know what point-shooting is?
Point shooting requires fingers. Without looking at an object in your room, point at it with your finger, most of the time you will point close to it. Now, when you pull a pistol out of the holster, it will take about .3 seconds from a normal standing stance to get it just out of the holster and another .3 to get it up to eye level, but if you pull it out like this:
Here then at .4 seconds into the firing stance you could fire, roughly a range of 2 meters, and you could probably shoot someone in the chest area, but you keep pulling up "We are talking about ponies!" So tell me, how does an Ungulate do such a thing?
Now, I'm not sure where you were at with this, but I think that ends that. Ponies can't point-shoot so they would need to aim.
