Some edits have been made based on comments. Other comments have been replied to, and I would ask for further discussion on those items.
Things of special note to discuss before we try the revised combat system:
Should Parry be a separate reaction maneuver that you roll for or should it be treated merely as a penalty to your opponent's roll?
Dodging has not been touched on at all. I would consider dodging attacks to be the default state of affairs and that being unaware / unable to dodge would give an attack bonus. Still, it's worth considering whether some people would be better at dodging. Penalty based on Agility? Additional penalty for winged targets? I know I had the darnedest time shooting bloatflies at a distance in FO3 / FO:NV without VATS. On the flip side, I've considered adding a few broad range categories with very close ranges granting bonuses and distant ranges adding penalties, however this adds complexity to the system. Thoughts?

i'd say yes, same day same hour, that is GMT 17 on GMT saturday, but as usual we start gathering at that hour and we begin playing from 30 to 50 minutes later. This saturday group 2 is supposed to start its session at 21 or 22 GMT, so we will have to clear the room by that time, i guess

So, I have a character design I really want to use involving being a dispossessed unlucky demolition-and-diplomacy (Watch your 'D's!) mare, but I'm not sure whether this group is still full or not. Making game time is incredibly easy for me, but curious if there's actually space.

Yo. DoctorBrony here, and I was wondering if there was any room left in this group. I was directed here by Kkat herself, and she said that there MIGHT be an opening, so I figured I'd take a look. Please let me know if there are any openings available, and I'd love to play with all you guys.
