I finally figured out what social experiment that is used in Stable 38 (the one I'm using); excessive anti-zebra propaganda, so that if the Stable survived, tehy could continue the war if neccesary.

I was looking at the wiki and didn't see that it was claimed. Can change if necessary, if someone wants to suggest a suitable #. I don't mind.

The Stable's social experiment was that it was outfitted with technology for the purposes of physically and mentally testing its inhabitants. The Overmare became obsessed with the science, and transferred her mind into the computer, where she trapped the population of the Stable in cryo stasis to continue her experiments.

Has since been disabled and closed up again. Stable is located on the island of Friendship City below the city itself.

To be fair, they never find out how she did it, because she was psychotic and got shut down. So while I was aware of this going into that part of the story with the Crusader Maneframes, I don't recall anything explicit that stated those were the only computer systems capable of this.

To be honest, it fit the story for the purpose and emotion it needed to evoke from my main character, so I went with it.

Does Somepony mind giving me Stable 7? I used it in my fanfic Reverence of the End and from the first page it looks like you guys aren't sure if it's used or not. Let alone by who.

Stable 7's purpose was to advance the technology of the world even after the bombs hit so they have slightly more advanced tech than most of the wasteland and their stuff is newer than other things.

It's located in the sewer systems underneath Manehatten.
