But I'm feeling really uncomfortable while reading it. I just can't relax.
Knowing just a part of the ending makes it even more frustrating for me, because that's the only thing I'm thinking about, and I have like 2000 pages left to get to that part.
Anyways, I'm really, really frustrated right now.

Just take a breath, calm down. As we've all said, "ends in a coma" is no higher on the spoiler list than "She leaves the Stable in Chapter 1." It's really nothing big and the story telegraphs it waaaaaay in advance anyway.

Plus, you've got Calamity, Velvet Remedy, Steelhooves amongst a ton of others to ponder on the ending of.

The problem is that I usually can keep myself from spoiling books and movies, but I wanted to wait till my summer vacation to read Fallout: Equestria, and I couldn't keep myself from reading about it on the Internet,
so I spoiled even more stuff in the meantime (pretty much everything about Steelhooves). Now I really can't read the book because I really ruined the experience. So, can you recommend me a book similar to this one?
Even though I read only 3 chapters, I loved the style and plot and Littlepip is probably the first and only character (book, movie, or series) that I actually cared about and could empathize with. Recommend me any book
or fanfic similar to this, because F:E was supposed to keep me entertained during the whole summer, and as you know, I pretty much ruined it

Well, honestly, you seem to have a ridicilus problem with searching up spoilers. xD Even though you really can't take them. But oh well, a very similar story is obviously FO:E Project Horizons. It's really good too and even more grimdark. You don't need to read the main story to understand what's happening as you follow a completely different pony in a another part of the wasteland, never touching the main one (At least until chapter 22 where I am at). It's reeeaaally good. Not as good as the main, but so god damn close it's tippin'.
