meh, it was a five min sketch, I just think its really hard not to make Griffins look bad-ass.
Its kind of like an unlisted racial bonus, always look awesome, lol.

So are you involved in this Pantzar?

~ Back-story ~

Ansgar started out his early carrier as a mercenary wondering the wasteland and may have one day made a good addition to talon company if fate had not instead cast him into service for Red-Eye. Not that he cared, he actually liked the job ok. Sure he had to put up with whinny slaves but at the end of the day he got three square meals, some caps, and occasionally got to to put down some riots. Of course all this fell apart during the battle of sunshine and rainbows. After Months of recovery Ansgar eventually fell in with a few other displaced Red-Eyes slavers and began a new business hunting down escaped slaves for the various groups trying to fill the vacuum by Red-Eye.

Business was good at first, lots of would-be's trying to go big time. Slavers need stock and needed to be sure it stayed put, something Ansgar and company were more than willing to do. Things were ok for a while till Bleeding Heart showed up and rubbed out the competition, before long Ansgar and the other slave hunters had to turn to her for work. Unfortunately she was no slouch, escaped slaves were rare and the caps were defiantly not coming in like they used to. It was at this point that they got the idea that if the slaves couldn't get out they would spring them covertly, then charge Bleeding Heart for hunting them down.

Fast forward a bit and you have Ansgar, the soul survivor of the failed attempt to scam Bleeding heart out of a heafty sum of caps being tossed in a ditch atop his partners and the dead slaves they had sprung. Turns out that she wasn't quite as simple as they had hoped, and proving a point was much more important that a few slaves or a sack full of caps. Had it not been for a passing caravan inspecting the circling crows around the death pile he would have died then and their, with the birds picking at his corpse.

Now Ansgar is back and out for blood, caps, and as much jet as he can score.
Your in, love the Grif, love the back story.

Thanks!

Looking at the line up I knew I wanted to either play a griffin or a earth pony, and seeing as how I already play an EP in group 8 I figured it was time to upgrade.
lol, should be lots of fun. Been a while since I played a grunt, which is basically what he is, specializing in mid to close range skirmishes.

TenMihara's equipment doc is the only one I like. :/

Yeah, I'm out. Have fun, guys.

Just stick with the Mad Modd list for now, I think some ponies have already equipped their character with it.
I know I have, that Generous starting fund of 500 went quite a long way.
