Just out of curiosity, would you mind elaborating on that? I want to get different moral perspectives on this y'see; I have some difficulties figuring out peoples reasoning when their views don't coincide with my own and since I have absolutely no problems with augmentation (and even sees it as something favourable) I'm very curious why anyone would prefer not to have them :3
Being converted against her will has soured all augmentation for Anne. Having lost the ability to have foals, and lost the ability to even grow to marehood, have seriously skewed her view on the subject. She would absolutely love to be an ordinary pony again. She wants what was taken from her.

But oh well, I won't force you to talk xD
*majorly derps* Myyyy bad. Frost would choose bio-magical augmentation over cybernetic augmentation because one of his biggest fears is becoming anything close to robotic in nature. He doesn't want to become an automaton that only responds to direct orders with no capacity for moral choice or ability to take initiative in a situation. The fact that he has taken bio-magical augmentations in the past already would also make him lean more towards them.

Hope that answers that, and sorry. ^^;
No problems xD Misunderstandings happen to everyone xD

Anyhow, juice bit of justification there. I might be able to use that :3

My character would choose bio-magical.He's very supportive of cybernetics implants and respects ponies that have them. but he see's them as status symbols rather than replacement parts. He believes that a cybernetic implant would be a disadvantage in battle. He prefers to attack from a distance rather than close combat, and would run from a battle if greatly outnumbered.
Also EMP grenades and Cybernetics don't mix very well.
The equestrian wasteland is total freedom, but with that freedom there's a burden you must carry for the rest of your life. You have to be strong, face your fears and fight for your freedom, because if you don't, the wasteland will tear you apart.
One way or another.

Ember would probably be against getting a cybernetic implant. Not on moral grounds but just because she doesn't like the way they look. She'd be ok with getting bio-implants if she positively had to, but she'd want one that doesn't change the way she looks. Yeah, she's a bit vain.

Cybernetics all the way!

Why punch through a wall when you can blow it up! You can't fire boom-boom shells out of a normal body! Also, since Cyberbernetics offer more otions. And super-strengthened bones can't be replaced like a metal limb!
Let it be known that these wretched lives shall be taken today under the watchful eyes of those innocents who have died, pleading for their blood to be shed...
... Or maybe we can just dance! Dancing is always fun with cold-blooded murderers! Lots of neat stories!
... Sometimes I wonder why I was given the ability to converse with myself... Or why this body of mine is part machine...

My character would probably prefer neither. This is mostly due to a religious upbringing that preaches against changing what Luna and Celestia thought was perfect (whether or not the goddesses had an opinion on the matter)...

However, my character may not have a choice about what befalls him...

Dr. Lancet wouldn't be on board with frivolous surgery, but in the case of a lost limb or injury would lean toward cybernetics. It would come down to the fact that he knows how to the fix a pony's body, but he's not mechanically minded. Biomagical is a no go, considering what happened in 48.
